I accept commissions in addition to producing self directed originals which I exhibit and take to shows with me up and down the country. Originals are sometimes available for purchase along with prints.

As an animal artist I paint not only domestic animals but wildlife both native British and world wide species.

Commissioning a portrait painted of your beloved animal makes a fantastic gift or keepsake with a very personal touch. It will be and remain a unique and original record of a much loved pet that will stand the test of time.

Many of my clients have chosen to have their pets captured in the form of a portrait for a special occasion or at a specific stage in the animal's life, also as a very special reminder of a much loved and missed member of the family. Using photographs, I work mainly in two different mediums; oil paints and artist pastels using only top quality materials. If you are looking for something a little different to the traditional portrait why not commission an illustrated portrait instead? Also using photographs I hand produce a vector based illustration onto a PC, the finished illustration is then printed onto archival quality specialist art paper- many different finishes are available I can even hand finish them with genuine gold and silver leaf, glitter or Swarovski crystals. These illustrations have the added advantage that additional prints can be ordered for family and friends. These illustrations can even be turned into greeting cards or added to a design.

In addition to many years experience painting animals portraits I am a fully qualified Graphic Designer with an MSc in Design Management and can combine my skills in both art and design to produce visual work including logos, posters, illustrated pedigree charts and invitations
